 The Licensed Cosmetologist to Master Barber program prepares licensed cosmetologists to take the State Board exam, become certified as a Master Barber, and qualify for an entry-level career as a Master Barber. Both theoretical and practical applications are taught by the instructional staff and supplemented by special classes. Opportunities for supervised practical work with the public are provided.
